The Liuhebafa Committee would like to extend an invitation to all NATSTA members to participate in a weekend training of Liuhebafa (also known as Water Boxing) and Taijiquan (both Yang- and Wu-Hao-style).  This training is open to all NATSTA members, regardless of your experience within the Liuhebafa/Taiji systems. Liuhebafa material to be covered may include preparatory exercises for Liuhebafa, an introduction to spherical exercises, coverage of the Liuhebafa form for all levels of Liuhebafa knowledge, and an introduction to the intellectual underpinnings of the form: the Six Harmonies (Liu He) and Eight Methods (Ba Fa). Taiji material to be covered may include forms review, push hands, and supplementary training exercises. The logistics of exactly what material is taught and how this will be organized depend on the makeup of retreat attendees.

In an effort to help students advance in their practice of Jin Shou Tuina and other healing modalities that are taught through our Association, the TCM Committee will be doing presentations for all seminar participants on Friday evening from 7:00-9:30 p.m. If you will be attending the seminars, please plan your schedule so you can participate in these presentations. It is our goal to help all members become proficient in Jin Shou Tuina and to integrate this and other healing modalities into their study of internal boxing.

Payment will be by red envelope to be presented at the time of the event. Please contact Liuhebafa System Committee member David Stickles at davidstickles@yahoo.com or (520) 881-2329 for further information. If you need help arranging accommodations, contact the NATSTA office at info@natsta.org or 520-498-0678.
